How Sessions Work.
Each Freedom Frequency session takes place on Zoom and lasts 60 minutes.
Before our call, you’ll complete a short questionnaire so I have a sense of what you’d like to focus on.
When the session begins, I’ll ask you a few questions where I'll tune into your words, tone, and frequency to feel what’s really happening beneath the surface.
From there, I’ll guide you through a deep energetic process, a hypnotic-like journey where we clear stagnant energy, old patterns, fears, and emotional residue from your field.
Because this is energetic work, most clients notice the shift immediately. aClients have had money come in, exs reach out or new opportunities come in while we are still on the call.
We’ll end with space for questions or integration, and you’ll receive a recording to revisit anytime you want to deepen the work.
